ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Adventure Ready LLC accepts the following payment methods for all orders placed on goadventureready.com:
• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
• PayPal
• Amazon Pay
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency at the applicable exchange rate.
PAYMENT SECURITY

Your payment security is our top priority. All transactions on goadventureready.com are protected by:

• Shopify's Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant payment infrastructure — the highest level of security available for online transactions
• Tokenized payment processing — we never store your full credit card number on our servers
We take fraud prevention seriously. Orders flagged by our payment system as potentially fraudulent may be held for manual review or cancelled. We may request additional verification before processing such orders.
WHEN IS PAYMENT CHARGED?

Payment is collected in full at the time of order placement. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment is processed. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, your payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
MULTI-CURRENCY SUPPORT

Our website displays pricing in USD by default. We support multiple currencies including AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, SGD, and more — available via the currency selector at the top of the page. Please note that currency conversion rates are determined by your bank or payment provider and may differ slightly from the displayed rate.
TAXES

Sales tax is applied where required by law, based on the shipping destination. Tax amounts, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or value-added taxes (VAT) imposed by their home country. These charges are not collected by Adventure Ready LLC and are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees.
REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We are unable to issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is an error with a charge from Adventure Ready LLC, please contact us first at goadventureready@gmail.com before initiating a dispute with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly without a formal chargeback, which helps us serve you better and avoid unnecessary delays.
