ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Standard products are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom-fabricated products like Molle Panels may take up to 10 business days to fulfill. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to over 25 countries worldwide including Australia, Canada, UK, Germany, Japan, Singapore, and more. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to track your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking info within 10 business days of your order, contact us at goadventureready@gmail.com.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been fulfilled. Please contact us immediately at goadventureready@gmail.com or (971) 301-2090. Once an order is in fulfillment, we are unable to make changes.

Q: What is the DustBox?
A: The DustBox is our flagship product — a premium, purpose-built storage solution designed for overlanders, off-road enthusiasts, and van lifers. It keeps your gear organized and protected from dust and debris on the trail. Available in Black and Dark Metallic Grey, priced at $450 USD. It's one of the most versatile cargo management solutions on the market.
Q: Are the Molle Panels custom-made?
A: Yes. Our Molle Panels are custom-fabricated for specific vehicle models including the Nissan Pathfinder R50/QX4, Mitsubishi Montero 2nd Gen, and Jeep Wrangler JL. Because they're made to order, lead times may be slightly longer. They're built to precision-fit your vehicle's interior or exterior and are compatible with all standard Molle accessories.
Q: What vehicles are your products compatible with?
A: We currently offer vehicle-specific products for: Nissan Pathfinder R50 / QX4, Mitsubishi Montero 2nd Generation, Jeep Wrangler JL, and Ford Transit (Van Life). We're regularly developing fitments for new vehicles — follow us on Instagram @goadventureready for updates.
Q: What is the Tembo Tusk Skottle Grill?
A: The Tembo Tusk Skottle is a premium portable camp cooking system with an adjustable-leg design, perfect for overlanding and backcountry cooking. We carry both the Ultimate Skottle Grill Kit ($595) and the standard Adjustable Leg Skottle Grill Kit ($495). These grills are incredibly versatile and beloved in the overlanding community.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Custom-fabricated products (Molle Panels) are non-returnable unless defective. Please contact goadventureready@gmail.com to initiate a return — do not ship items back without prior authorization.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goadventureready@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
