PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Custom-fabricated products such as vehicle-specific Molle Panels may require additional lead time of up to 10 business days due to their made-to-order nature. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If your order experiences a delay beyond the standard processing window, we will contact you promptly with an update.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Large or heavy items (such as the DustBox) may require freight or LTL shipping — if applicable, our team will contact you with shipping options and costs prior to fulfillment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship to customers in over 25 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Supported currencies include AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, SGD, and many more.
Important for international customers: Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Adventure Ready LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs processing in your country. Estimated international delivery time is 10–21 business days depending on destination and carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties.
ORDER TRACKING

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Adventure Ready LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once handed off to the carrier. However, we will do everything in our power to help resolve the situation. Please contact us immediately if your package appears lost or arrives damaged, and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to file a claim.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. This option is available at checkout for eligible orders.
ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Adventure Ready LLC is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
