Introducing the Low-Profile DustBox™, the next evolution of our proven DustBox pressurization system—designed for builders and overlanders who demand clean air without sacrificing roof clearance or aesthetics.

This compact, lightweight unit delivers powerful airflow in a sleek, low-profile package that sits under 4 inches tall from the mounting surface while weighing just about 12 pounds. Despite its minimal footprint, the system moves approximately 1,000 CFM of filtered air, creating positive cabin pressure to dramatically reduce dust intrusion in RVs, expedition campers, trailers, and specialty vehicles.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with common RV roof openings, the Low-Profile DustBox installs into a roughly 13 x 13-inch cutout, matching industry-standard vent locations such as MaxxAir-style openings. The external lid measures approximately 25 x 19 inches, providing full coverage while maintaining a streamlined appearance.

Serviceability is built in. The top-mounted filter lid is secured with four fasteners, allowing quick access for cleaning or replacement. Inside, a washable MERV-5 rated filter captures fine airborne debris and trail dust—keeping your interior cleaner and your adventures more comfortable.

Electrically, the system is designed for 12-volt operation and draws approximately 9 amps under normal load (at least a 15A power circuit is recommended). For safety and reliable performance, the Low-Profile DustBox™ must be wired through an appropriately rated relay and fused power source, ensuring proper current handling and long-term durability of the electrical system.
